Allison Frizzell-Kizer returns for her second tour with the American International Sports Tour (AIST), bringing a successful track record as head volleyball coach at Ouachita Baptist University, where she became the program’s first former player to take over as head coach in 2018. Under her leadership, Ouachita has earned three winning seasons and multiple top-five finishes in the Great American Conference, with numerous player and academic honors.

Previously, she built a powerhouse program at Lakeside High School, earning a 101-29-2 record, four straight conference titles, and four 5A South Coach of the Year honors. As a former Ouachita standout herself, Frizzell-Kizer ranks second all-time in digs and was a four-year team captain. She first coached with AIST in Italy in 2023 and is excited to represent the program internationally again.
