Jen Muston has built York College into one of the premier NCAA Division III women's lacrosse programs in the nation. Since taking over the Spartans, she has guided the program to 11 NCAA Tournament appearances, three consecutive MAC Championships, and multiple national quarterfinals while developing numerous All-Americans and National Players of the Year.
