- Head Coach, University of Rochester (18 seasons)
- 250-106 (.702) overall record
- 12 consecutive Liberty League Tournament appearances
- NCAA Tournament appearances, including national quarterfinals
- School-record 19-win season (2018)
- 13 All-Americans, 50 players with 90 All-Liberty League honors
- Multiple Liberty League Coaching Staff of the Year awards
