Coach Schneider brings over 20 years of elite coaching experience across NAIA, NCAA Division II, and Division I programs. Most recently, he served as the Head Coach at Life Pacific University, leading the Warriors to a 49-30 record and coaching the program’s first-ever GSAC Player of the Year.

Coach Schneider competed at the 1994 Olympic Festival and holds a Bachelor’s from Loyola Marymount and a Master’s in Coaching from the United States Sports Academy.
A Michigan native now residing in Riverside with his wife and three kids, Coach Schneider brings a wealth of knowledge, leadership, and passion for developing athletes at the highest level.
Wes is passionate about helping athletes become their best selves—athletically, academically, and spiritually. His coaching is deeply connected to his Christian faith, and he sees sports as a ministry to positively impact lives.
He expressed gratitude for joining Life Pacific University, stating: “I’m so thankful for the opportunity to get back into coaching at the collegiate level.
