Round trip airfare included from USA – Gateway city will be confirmed 4-5 months prior to departure.  For this tour it will most likely be JFK, ORD, EWR, PHL, ALT or other major East coast area airport. You are not required to fly with the group if you are able to find your own flights to meet in Europe.

All payments are fully refundable until November 1, 2023.  After this date there will be a minimum cancellation fee of $500.

• Deposit due within 2-3 weeks of your email confirmation – $500
• 6-7 months prior to departure – 30% of total balance is due
• 5 months prior to departure – 50% of total balance
• 2 months prior to departure – All balances due

Actual payment schedule will depend on when we receive your first payment. Other costs incurred will depend on each individual’s spending habits. Connecting airfare to gateway city, souvenirs, some meals and any personal expenses will not be covered.

Day 1, Monday, June 17^th,2024 – flight to Munich

·       Board your international overnight flight to Munich, Germany

Day 2, Tuesday, June 18^th, 2024 – Arrival in Munich

·       Arrival in Munich

·       Your tour manager will meet you at Munich Airport

·       Transfer to the former concentration camp Dachau and learn more about the dark history of this infamous NAZI facility

·       Transfer to Munich City Center & free time

·       Dinner at the famous Hofbrauhaus

·       Overnight at your hotel in Munich

Day 3, Wednesday, June 19^th, 2024 – Munich to Klagenfurt

·       Guided Bike Tour of Munich

·       Free time for lunch

·       Transfer to Klagenfurt (approx. 4 hrs travel time)

Day 4, Thursday, June 20^th, 2024 – Practice Session & Oktoberfest

·       Get to know Klagenfurt, the host city of the United World Games, during some free time

·       Time for a practice session with your teammates

·       Be part of the legendary Oktoberfest and learn a traditional Austrian dance

Day 5, Friday, June 21^st, 2024 – UWG Tournament Day 1

·       Breakfast at your hotel

·       Enjoy the first day of the United World Games

·       Have lunch with your new friends inside the Players Town

·       Be part of the grand Opening Ceremony and represent your country at the entrance of the nations

·       Have dinner at the UWG venue with players of the other teams

·       overnight at your hotel in Klagenfurt

Day 6, Saturday, June 22^nd, 2024 - UWG Tournament Day 2

·       Breakfast at your hotel

·       Your time to shine during the second day of the Games

·       Have lunch inside the Players Town & if time permits, watch some games of other sports

·       Have dinner at the UWG venue with the players of the other teams

·       Enjoy the Players Party

·       overnight at your hotel in Klagenfurt

Day 7, Sunday, June 23^rd, 2024 – Final Day &Farewell BBQ

·       Breakfast at your hotel

·       Have lunch inside the Players Town

·       GO FOR GOLD and enjoy the award ceremonies

·       Farewell BBQ at the lake and jump in the crystal-clear lake

·       Overnight at your hotel in Klagenfurt

Day 8, Monday, June 24^th, 2024 - Venice

·       Breakfast at your Hotel

·       Transfer to Venice - enjoy the picturesque landscape

·       Free time for lunch

·       Have fun during a relaxing Gondola ride (Included)

·       Spend some free time in Venice and have dinner afterwards

·       Overnight at your hotel in Padova or Mestre area outside of Venice

Day 9, Tuesday, June 25^th, 2024 – Verona &Milan

·       Breakfast at your hotel

·       Transfer to Milan with stop in Verona in the morning

·       Spend some free time in Verona and visit the House of Juliet

·       Afterwards continue to Milan

·       Free time in one of the fashion capitals of the world

·       Dinner at a local restaurant

Day 10, Wednesday, June 26^th, 2024 – Lake Como

·       Breakfast at your hotel

·       Spend some free time in Como in the morning

·       Boat tour on lake Como to Bellagio. You guide will point out some of the most important villas on the lake.  Then you’ll have some free time to explore Bellagio

·       Farewell dinner in Milan/Como area

·       Overnight at your hotel in Milan/Como area

Day 11, Thursday, June 27^th, 2024 - Departure

·       Breakfast at your Hotel

·       Transfer to the airport for departure flight back home

This tour travels with several AIST select teams. We will be recruiting teams for Boy's and Girl's Soccer, Ice Hockey, Basketball, Volleyball and others. The groups will travel together for a remarkable experience representing the USA.
